Cancellation & Refund Policy


Seller

Cancellation
  • In normal terms, Seller cannot cancel the order.
  • In exceptional cases where there is a genuine issue the Seller can cancel the order by contacting YarnBiz admin at info@yarnbiz.com.
  • If the Seller cancels the order without a genuine explanation, he is given a downgrade in ratings. 3 such cancels (in a calendar year) and the Seller is blacklisted and disallowed from selling on the platform.
  • No cancellation is allowed post-dispatch of order.
In Case of Advance Orders
  • If order is cancelled before making advance payment: ₹ 500 Penalty will apply to the Seller.
  • If Seller cancels after the Buyer has paid advance - then the Seller is penalized an equal amount as the advance received and the same is paid to the Buyer as compensation along with full refund of advance.


Buyer

Cancellation
  • If Buyer does not complete the payment within 2 Hours, the order is auto cancelled.
  • In normal terms a Buyer cannot cancel the order after making the payment.
  • However, in exceptional cases where there is a genuine issue Buyer can cancel the order by contacting YarnBiz admit at info@yarnbiz.com.
  • If the Buyer cancels the order without a genuine explanation Buyer rating is downgraded.
  • No cancellation is allowed post-dispatch of order.
  • In genuine cases, YarnBiz will initiate refund to the Buyer within 2 weeks of cancellation. All charges and penalties as applicable will be deducted from the amount refundable.
  • Return will be there only in major situations where there is non-conformance of quality levels given on test report. Returns will be initiated only through email to customer care as it’s critical.
In Case of Advance Orders
  • If order is cancelled before making advance payment: INR.500 Penalty will apply to the Buyer.
  • If Buyer cancels after he has paid advance, he will not be eligible for any refund.
